Con man ‘Professor’ Harold Hill came to River City to “clean up” but he didn’t count on falling in love. Piano teacher Marian Paroo sees right through him, but she begins to fall in love with Harold when he helps her younger brother overcome his fear of social interactions due to his lisp. Harold, in turn falling for Marian, risks being caught to win her.
