Inspiration for the Grease poster design:
Cars, drive-ins, teenage rebellion, sexual exploration, teenage pregnancy, gang violence, love, friendship, and class conflict – what more could you ask for? The musical is named for the 1950’s United States working-class youth subculture known as the greasers. Set in 1959 at fictional Rydell High School, the story follows ten working-class teenagers as they navigate the complexities of adolescence.
